Компания «АБС» представляет услугу: «Энергосервисный контракт».
Услуга дает возможность произвести модернизацию системы освещения на средства, сэкономленные от этой модернизации.
Как это происходит?
• Обследование и оценка объекта.
• В проекте выбирается тип, количество и место расположения светодиодных светильников для выполнения норм освещенности на данном объекте.
• Составляется Технико-Экономическое Обоснование перехода на светодиодное освещение, в котором определяется сумма затрат и период окупаемости проекта.
• Составляется коммерческое предложение и предоставляется на рассмотрение.
• В случае одобрения клиентом, заключается энергосервисный контракт.
• Каждый месяц клиент совершает платежи (за счет высвобождаемых средств, т.е. за счет разницы между тем сколько он ранее платил за электроэнергию и тем сколько он станет платить после переоборудования) пока не будет выплачена сумма контракта
• После, как будет выплачена вся сумма, все высвобождаемые средства клиент сможет использовать по своему усмотрению.
